October 23, 2026: Adani Total Gas has appointed its chief executive officer, Sanjay Pandita, as executive director for a three-year term from November 1, following the superannuation of Suresh P Manglani.

The company's board approved Pandita's appointment as an additional director and whole-time director, designated as executive director, at its meeting on Thursday.

Manglani will cease to be executive director and key managerial personnel at the close of business hours on October 31.
