The newly formed entities are Juniper Green Field Fifteen Private Limited and Juniper Green Gem Fifteen Private Limited. Both companies were registered in India with 100% shareholding held by the listed entity. The incorporation aligns with the company's strategy to undertake activities related to the development, establishment, and operation of power generation projects
