Expression
of Interest
ONGC,
Eastern Offshore Asset, Kakinada invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from
reputed consortium/ Joint venture partners or interested Contractors to
participate in EoI for Hiring/Owning of FPSO for Project MOTI-VAJRAMANI, under
the development Scheme of OALP Block MBOSHP/2018/1 in Mumbai Offshore.
Objective:
Objective of this EoI is exploring the options of hiring/owning FPSO as per the
broad parameters of Project scheme and to ascertain feasibility & technical
requirements as per SoW with participation of globally reputed FSPO Contractors
/ vendors.
Broad
Indicative Scope of Work: Broad indicative scope of work along-with technical
details is placed at Annexure-1.
Participating
prospective bidders shall be required to submit their preliminary
clarifications/comments, if any, latest by 28th January, 2026
through e-mail to the following personnel:

Comments
or feedback, if any, regarding proposed technical requirements should be given.
The
prospective bidders will be allowed to make further formal comments within 3
working days of completion of EoI meeting.
The
participating prospective bidders will be required to give a presentation on
their Feedback / comments during the EoI meet.
The
EoI meet shall be held on 06.02.2026 at ONGC, Mumbai, India from 1000 Hrs to
1800 Hrs. Exact venue details and presentation timings will be intimated in
advance to responding parties.
