Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for selection of contractor for Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of LNG Bunkering System at PLL Kochi At Petronet LNG Ltd, Kochi, (Kerala).

Petronet LNG Limited, a company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited ("BPCL"), GAIL (India) Limited ("GAIL"), Indian Oil Corporation Limited ("IOC") and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited ("ONGC"), is engaged in the business of import, storage, regasification and marketing of Liquefied Natural Gas in India.

The company invites bids from prospective bidders for "Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of LNG Bunkering System" at M/s. Petronet LNG Limited-Kochi. Bids to be submitted in accordance with E-Tender.

The Bidder should meet the techno-commercial Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC) as stated below and any Bidder not meeting the same will be rejected.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) - To be submitted along with the Techno Commercial bid:

Amount: Rs. 8,60,000/- (Indian Rupees 0.86 million only)

The bidder should submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in favour of Petronet LNG Ltd. payable at Kochi branch. The Bank Guarantee should be from a scheduled / Nationalized bank. In case the EMD is submitted in the form of DD/BG, copy of the same shall be uploaded in the E-Tendering Portal of PLL and Original should be submitted through courier.

Note: Payment shall not be made via IMPS.

Foreign Bidder:

Amount: $ 9,900/- (US Dollars Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Only)

Foreign bidders shall submit unconditional Bank Guarantee from Acceptable bank strictly in the format provided in Bidding Forms to be denominated in the currency of contract.

Non-submission of the requisite certificates/documents shall render the bid non-responsive and shall be liable for rejection.
